The participants agree that during the congress from photo, sound and and film recordings may be made. If one of the participants expressly does not wish this, he must declare this in writing before the start of the event, otherwise his agreement is valid. The photo, sound and and film recordings can be used for documentation and public relations purposes by the organizers.

3. Data Collection on our Website

Processing of Data (Customer and Contract Data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary to establish, shape the content of or alter the legal relationship (data stock). This is done on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter b, GDPR, which permits data processing for performance of a contract (to which the data subject is party) or in order to take steps (at the request of the data subject) prior to entering into a contract. We collect, process and use personal data concerning utilisation of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable use of the service or invoice the user for such use.
The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order in question or upon termination of the business relationship. This is without prejudice to legal retention periods for data.
4. Analysis Tools and Advertising
This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, the information generated by the cookie about use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before it is saved.
Matomo cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
Matomo cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter f, GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both the website and the website operator’s advertising.
The information generated by the cookie about use of this website will not be passed to third parties. You may refuse cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do so it may not be possible to use all of the functions of this website.
If you do not agree to storage and use of your data, you can deactivate such storage and use here. In this case, an opt-out cookie is stored in your browser which prevents Matomo from saving usage data. If you delete your cookies, the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be deleted. The opt-out must then be reactivated the next time you visit our site.
5. Newsletter
Newsletter Data
If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or, should such data be collected, it shall only be collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for dispatch of the requested information and do not pass this data to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively with your consent (Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter a, GDPR). This revocation is without prejudice to the legality of data processing operations carried out prior to the revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and shall be deleted if you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for access to the members’ area) are not affected by this provision.
6. Plug-ins and Tools
YouTube
Our website uses plug-ins from Google’s YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages that incorporates a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube server is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.
